SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and a notification of shipment with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order as soon as an order has been shipped. Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. For questions on your order timing, please email us at orders@bornsimple.com. Free Shipping offers do not apply to customers outside the continental US.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:

We only accept refund or replacement requests for incorrect shipments or products that arrive damaged. Refunds and replacements are only accepted up to 30 days after the shipment is received. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your request must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase and photographs of any damage or incorrectly shipped items.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at orders@bornsimple.com.

Once your refund or replacement request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and information on either a refund of your purchase price or the shipment of replacement items.

If incorrect items were shipped, Born Simple will send a new shipment with the correct items at no charge.

Refunds will be issued only to the original method of purchase.
